AD Aftercare

For most of our pieces set on removable or non electronic and non fabric based items - such as our iPhone cases

First remove your item from the case.
Place a few drops of a mild dish detergent or hand wash on the crystal designs and gently wash the crystals by hand in lukewarm water.
Rinse under running water and shake any excess water off
Pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid spotting and lint spoiling the shine, alternatively leave to air dry.

For all other non-fabric pieces:
Use a non-alcohol based wet wipe, fold over an edge and and gently run it over the surface and sides of the crystals, using a lint-free cloth to wipe any excess moisture away
Microfibre used for cleaning sunglasses and spectacles is a perfect lint-free material to use to clean your piece with

To Prevent Damage

Make sure you don’t scratch your piece against any rough or hard surfaces.
Under no circumstances should any abrasive or corrosive detergents or any be used; glass or window-cleaning fluids should also be avoided, as they often cause streaking.
Alcohol and Petrol, such as lighter fluid, can release the crystals from their bed and cause the piece to become irreparably damaged
For best storage, use the storage systems provided; if not possible use soft containers or jewellery wraps

When handling larger pieces, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints
