How do I return an item?



You can return unworn/unused/undamaged Internet purchases via post within 2 weeks of receiving your item

Please note, we are unable to accept back unsuitable items via post after this time.

Internet purchases can only be returned by post.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will be glad to do an exchange or refund on apparel within 14 days of arrival of your items.  Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact.  

Please note, customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with return of item.  

Item must be accompanied with copy of invoice, contact information, and brief description stating reason for return.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Some items are excluded from our Returns Policy.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery and intimate garments unless they are faulty or unfit for purpose.
